We swapped River Bank to Bay View, 2 mins walk from site where I grew up on edge of village, lovely view over Morecambe Bay, you may remember the recent series on ITV, the Bay. M5/M6 nightmare on drive up but hey that's life. Had some good weather catching up with family.
