Not a technical review, just one excellent use for a powerbank.
We've had a powerbank for a few months now and have found it very useful, especially when out of the van - powering battery chargers for various devices or running laptops etc.
These days there are more powerbank makers and models than you can shake a stick at, but the power bank we have is an Ecoflow River 2 Pro Portable Power Station [spec https://uk.ecoflow.com/products/river-2-pro-portable-power-station] and the price when we bought it was 799€, we bought it from our local DIY store as we had some vouchers to use after a kitchen refurb at our house. I think in the UK its currently around £750.

Motorhome Hire Forum Section
With the popularity of hiring a motorhome these days we thought we would create an area for discussion for those members who have done this or are considering doing so. How was your experience? Was it a one-off or a tentative entry to the world of motorhoming? Your feedback would be very useful to those who are thinking about giving it a try.
Motorhome hire companies are welcome to join in with any discussions BUT, and it is a big but, this is not an opportunity to promote their own business. Anyone posting on the Club Motorhome Forums agrees to our relevant terms and conditions when registering - specifically the following extract:

We recently drew a comment on our blog that was hostile – an unusual event, I’m glad to say, as I do try to keep everyone happy!
The comment from “anonymous” on the North Uist and Berneray post was thus: “Well just to say that yoou are a couple of blowbags and berneray hates any type of campers and that includes YOU”

Our listings and downloadable PDFs for Club Motorhome Full Members with HUNDREDS of pubs and other interesting locations!
These are pubs and other interesting stopovers that may allow motorhomes to stay overnight as an informal private agreement between you and the publican or business owner.
The business may (or may not) make a nominal charge, but often this may be offset by using the pub or business itself. Please confirm the individual location's requirements on or before arrival.
Whilst many of these locations don't charge anything for parking they are businesses and they obviously hope to get some business in return for their hospitality. This is why we don't promote them as 'FREE Stopovers'.
Please make sure that our current full member windscreen disc is displayed in your motorhome windscreen - this reassures the business owner that you are a Club Motorhome member and abide by our guidelines.
We started our listings with pubs but have expanded these to include other interesting locations such as farm shops, vineyards, craft centres, breweries and more!
