I've just joined, as My wife Lynn and I are going to buy a motorhome. We have just been this weekend to the show in Lincoln, and WOW what a show.
We have a few things that we would like in our van and a few that we are not to sure about, so I'll be asking your advice a lot in the next few weeks. Thanks in advance. John & Lynn
A warm :welcome4: to Club Motorhome, I hope some of us can help you with your quest and go on to help you enjoy living with a motorhome.
Have a look at my post to Henry and his wife who have just joined the Club. I know just where you are with your prospective purchase just like a child in a sweet shop as they say.
The tendency of all manufactures is towards reducing weight and this does impact on the quality of the products they choose to use. Some of the older vans are built with good quality using real wood but engines are thirsty and performance can be slow when loaded. Keep chatting and reading and hopefully you will get something near to what you need with your first van.
