just acquired the HUAWEI and the Dashcam from the shop, they were both delivered in 2 days from order well packaged, bought a pay as you go sim for Huawei 3Gb £16 for 90 days ideal for us while away, also no roaming charges if abroad so same as using here. Great signal everywhere so far.
Dashcam great value for money £9. 16Gb data card £16, good video and photo's also you can adjust just about everything it does.

Hi Ozzy

Is your HUAWEI with Three? We have one but with a contract and to get it to work in Europe, it has to be unlocked for 'Feel at Home' before you go. Not sure if yours is the same, but thought I would just mention it.

Hi Spinner, mine is unlocked so can use any mobile network, tho 3 rep explained they have reception in France and Spain and will cost the same as here as there are no roaming charges. Hope he's right, I'm off to southern Ireland Weds will try it there as this is classed as abroad on networks.Will keep you informed.

Hi Spinner, ref the Hauwei, went to Ireland had to change settings on my laptop so the Hauwei was able to roam, great result tho had great connection and the same charges as over here, got 3gig on card reading on there now 2708 mb.onl used for emails and general social media sites on 2 devices, had better signal than the hotel wifi. :laugh:
